I started Ourland Highroad, LLC in 2022 while working as a full-time Registered Nurse in Medical Research at the time. I liked 'my career', yet I desired a different kind of freedom. Ourland eventually led to some expansion into social media and other ideas one being this Blog because for Business to grow you need to get more education to fill your mind with the fuel to grow your business or it just shrinks into the valley of misdirection and chaos. Got to have the ammunition to lead which is motivation and knowhow.
As you educate yourself in reading, researching, observing other standout leaders, and learning from your business blunders (free lessons) you may get the urge to write articles and short bits on motivation and snippets on Business Life when you feel you have something accurate and of value to say. It really accelerates your learning and in turn your success in business.
That is where 'No More Zero Days' was born out of. NMZD is about each and every day pushing your business, your life, your family, and your understanding and abilities farther towards outstanding results you intended, bringing your intensions to reality through the execution of those ideas. NMZD is about producing the good situation and the good outcome instead of waiting for the right moment for it to be ready to engage. NMZD is about you steering your own ship and adjusting the sails in constant motion forward. It's about actually doing what you say, integrity.
This day and age the bar is set fairly low, so it only takes a bit more effort CONSISTENTLY to come out far ahead in the success race. A little bit, and a little bit, and a little bit, equals a lot of bits. NMZD is about being a DOER. Results show only when results are produced. So do and do some more.
